What is the point to offer customers the opportunity to place an online order if the order is not made until the customer is there? I put my breakfast order online at 10:15 because I realized I wouldn't do the 10:30 cutoff. I'm coming there and I'm saying I missed the cutoff and that they don't make the order until the customer arrives because they don't want the food to be cold. What? I'd think Chick-fil-A has warmer to keep food warm... Disappointed when I was really looking for a chicken biscuit because I didn't have a really long time.
Doesn?t really need a review. The food at Chick fil a is always amazing. That said my drink order was incorrect even though it was right on the slip and they gave me the wrong sauces. I think these were the first mess-ups that I?ve ever experienced at a chick fil a, but realistically didn?t detract from the experience, nor impact whether or not I?d ever return. (Cause i will)
The woman who took my order was super friendly. I waited for about 6 minutes and she apologized for waiting. I went at 10:22 and said I was ready to wait because I wanted lunch, and she advised me that she was what I wanted. So she took my order and I might wait another 7 minutes. All in all, the service was great, the interior was immaculate and the food was delicious.
I know it?s controversial but I honestly believe that the best chicken sandwich is served here. I recommend the Spicy Deluxe with pepper jack cheese. The reason why it?s special for me is that the chicken is a large filet and the breading is minimal. The seasoning on the chicken is kind of like Wendy?s but it has the edge because it?s juicy. That?s all, goodnight.
