When I reached the window, the employee didn't greet me. I tried to be polite and said, “Good morning, how are you?” but was completely ignored. I asked if she was okay that morning, and again, I was ignored. Then, with an attitude, she asked, “You didn’t scan?!” and mentioned something about a count. She then made me pull out of line and wait. All I ordered was an egg and cheese biscuit—why did I have to wait so long for that?!

I don't go to Chick fil a often because of the long lines, but I tried this on a Saturday afternoon. The line moved rather quickly. The order takers were pleasant and efficient. The best customer service I've ever gotten in a Chick-fil-A I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and 8 piece chicken nuggets and a large sprite and the food came as soon as i got in the waiting line there was like a 1 minute wait the BEST and I mean the BEST Chick-fil-A in district

I dine at Chick-fil-A regularly, but this particular location is disappointing. There are never enough cashiers, and the food consistently falls short compared to other Chick-fil-A restaurants I visit.
Eventhough there's only one line since the other is mobile order only they still move fast. I went for just a milkshake during lunch rush and only spent about 5 min in line.
