The food was exceptional, earning a perfect rating of 5. The grilled chicken sandwich was a standout—delicious and well-prepared. The service was equally impressive, also scoring a 5, making the entire ordering process smooth and efficient. Lastly, the atmosphere was inviting, receiving a perfect score as well. I highly recommend trying the grilled chicken sandwich if you visit!
We placed an order for five, and unfortunately, CFA didn't take the time to make sure it was correct. The buns were soggy, and the drinks were served without ice. What disappointed me the most was when I called to speak to the operator and was told that they might or might not return my call. Seriously, is this how it is at CFA? The manager on duty did put some rewards back into my account, but honestly, I didn’t feel like he genuinely cared. Based on what he said about the operator, it seems like the issues might start at the top. Next time, I think I’ll just go to a different CFA!
My service was horrible from the manager Hunter his disrespectful employee that works the drive thru! I clearly stated a problem to Hunter on how his employee treated me my family just to drive off see him and that same disrespectful employee laughing it off around the corner like everything is a game! I thought Chick Fil A was christian based ?! Well what the both of you did isn’t very christian at all!!!! Shame on you Hunter for having POOR Servant Leader Mentality…i guess your salary has gotten over your head!!
This was our first visit to this location, and we decided to dine in to pass some time. Jeannine served us our food and consistently checked in on us and all the other guests, delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I ordered through the app. I get my order and go home, trusting everything that’s in the bag completes my order. I go home and take everything out, I’m missing a 12 piece nugget. I call and the girl who answered made it sound like it should of been there. This isn’t the first time I’ve had something missing. Start checking before you leave the line, that you have your whole order.
