Wow I just don't know where to even start at seems like if somebody that we know is a good waitress is not there we don't get good service every time we go in lately it has been horrible. We order such food and it comes out wrong If they take it back, it comes out wrong again they take it back. It comes out wrong again. It takes him forever just to come to a table to even get us a drink, they don't even after the food is wrong ask if you want to keep the fries or anything just to eat because your other food is wrong. Came tonight with my wife and 12 year old, as I 've done on numerous occasions before. Had the Caesar salad and the lettuce was brown, wilted, and slimy. My wife won 't even order drinks here anymore because the cups are always dirty. My wife 's side of fries came out soggy on a small side plate, not the usual basket because they got rid of those. Still, whatever, we came for a quick snack before the movies and the same server who spent the entire meal looking as though he hated his entire existence literally followed us out of the restaurant from the back exit to shout Are you gonna pay for your meal? Like um, young sir, had you had half this amount of energy while serving us that you did c...
I am genuinely shocked by the poor quality and service at this particular Chili's. I ordered takeout and experienced significant delays. When I called to inquire, they informed me that I was sitting in the curbside pickup area but had no idea I had checked in with my space number. When my order finally arrived, the food was cold, and my drinks were melted, with the cups being scratched as if they had been damaged by a person or animal. As a former employee of Chili's, I find this level of service unacceptable for any location. I cannot recommend this place unless you're looking for a meal that comes with added frustration and stress.
We visit Chili's at least twice a week, but this was by far the worst experience we've ever had at one of their locations. The service was truly terrible, and the food didn't improve the situation. It's surprising, especially considering we are in South Orange County. This is simply unacceptable.

The food at Chili's is consistently great, and the service is outstanding. I really enjoy the atmosphere as well. For families, there's a kids' menu available, making it kid-friendly. Additionally, there are accessible parking spots out front for those with disabilities.
Good food and I got some for leftovers let's gooooo!!! The chips and salsa are always a highlight of my trips to chili's and I really enjoyed them however we got many small chips that we couldn't eat. Good thing we got refills for it. Salsa is really good.
We came in with a party of 10, 3 kids. We ordered appetizers, it took a while and they forgot our chips and salsa. Then when everyone’s food came out they forgot mine. Then they brought me the wrong sandwich. Another reason I don’t like chilis.
Haven't been too Chili's in awhile. Ordered bacon burger for lunch n the beef was dried n unseasioned, bland. Wify ordered chicken n that was good. Going back to In N Out for the burgers.
