If y’all want literal maggots in your salad, this is the place to go. My mom and I decided to have dinner here today, and we both ordered a salad and chicken. After devouring my salad and glancing at hers, I noticed something crawling along her lettuce leaves. It was a live, wiggling, moving maggot. We informed our server, and the manager ended up coming to talk to us. He made it even worse by saying “there’s nothing we can do about it now”, and that “someone found a maggot in their food three weeks ago”. I love the food it's always amazing. One thing I have noticed is the severe understaffing puts so much pressure on the poor waiters and waitresses. You got one guy running both the bar and being a server and bussing tables. I also checked the job listing and you're only offering 18-21 dollars an hour for salary? That is cruel considering how understaffed you are. You need to consider the quality of the servers life directly influence the customers quality of service. You need more servers so customers aren't waiting 30+ minutes in between their drinks coming and getting a basket of chips. Please address these concerns and offer a higher salary as well as hire more servers.
We drove a long way to get here because we missed the Chili’s nachos from the US so much. We got here and it smelled like poop. We had to wait for a long time to get noticed by the host who then said we needed to wait even longer for a spot. We should have left here but unfortunately we were craving nachos. We got seated and THERE WERE NO CHILLI NACHOS. When taking our order the waiter was distracted, greeting other and not listening or writing anything down. We got the wrong appetizer and it took forever for the rest of the food to get there. Meanwhile it still smelled like poop. The food was alright but I wouldn’t recommend at all.
Typical Mexicans American chain. Make reservations if possible, even during the week. Food quality was ok, and the wait time has improved since our last visit. Had the fajitas (steak and shrimp). Very small tortillas and only 4 this time. The guacamole portion was way overpriced. Chips and salsa were excellent.

After a short wait we were able to check in with our NATO customer. The food (SpareRibs Full w fries) was very good, as were the cocktails and the beer (Bud). I had the feeling that I was treated a little more unkindly than the DoD cardholders. All in all, worth a visit if you have access to Ramstein Airbase.
Our experience was very poor. Euros weekend-everyone knew it was happening yet this establishment was under staffed, huuuuuuuuuge wait time, just an overall disaster. Poor management written all over it.
Overall good experience, food was nothing amazing and waiter did charge me extra for something I didn’t ask for.
