Ordered a to-go order of the southwest egg rolls and they were completely raw dough in the middle. Was told to drive all the way back there and all they wanted to do was simply replace the order. Wasn't angling for free food but it was completely raw! And I had to drive all the way back. I ended up substituting for something else, but it was not worth all this hassle just to get cooked food. Wud not recommend ordering to-go. Plenty of other places that are reliable or that may actually try to make it up to you when they get it wrong.Edit: the margarita chicken was decent (and cooked! and the wait staff was nice enough, though I was placed on hold for a long time and they seemed kinda clueles...
Chili's was my favorite restaurant when I was in high school. It's been a while since I've been there, and I don't eat out much, so I decided to order takeout. I got the $10.99 special, which is a great deal. I went to pick it up and opted for curbside service, but it was busy on a Friday night. After waiting for 10 minutes, I went inside to grab my order. They had forgotten to include my drink, which was disappointing since I was already home when I noticed. The pasta was tasty, but a bit dry, making me need to take a drink every few bites. Overall, it was a typical American family restaurant meal. I can't give it 4 stars due to the missing drink and dry pasta, but everything else was good.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Service is always bad. These poor servers should be paid the highest dollar to wait numerous tables at once. The manager always has an attitude at the South Cooper site. The manager Freida has to be fired!! Both rolls on my chicken sandwiches were burned. They were closed to my order. Freida seems to be a problem because I called for a remake the next day. Then she had the nerve to open both clear containers and get through the food if you can clearly see that the bungalow was completely black. She had an attitude with the customer behind me because she ordered 13 minutes after closing. The cook and the manager must either be replaced or retrained.?
This is the worst place. As soon as we walked in the host looked very dirty and unprofessional. All the servers look dirty and have their pants sagging and boxers hanging out. Then the host walks around swinging the broom in the air which is completely disgusting. There's no way I would ever come back to this location. The manager should be ashamed of how their employees look and are dressed. It was really hard to eat when I kept imagining and seeing how gross everything was. I've never been to a restaurant that was so unprofessional and didn't take pride in uniforms or anything. Would not recommend this location to anyone

This place really disappointed my colleagues and I. To begin, the food was late. It took 40 minutes for our lunch food to arrive at our table and when it got there it was cold! It 's like they waited on one of the entrees and meanwhile the cheese fondue got cold along with other meals. The manager did try to work it out with us but instead of offering a refund, he offered more food. We were already late from lunch! I know we will not choose this place again to eat.
Not the best location. We ordered on a Saturday night for delivery. 2 entrees with side and dessert. My husband's meal was complete but my meal missed a side. We called the restaurant. We were told if we want to get the side delivered then we would have to pay an extra delivery fee. Or go to the restaurant to pick it up. Not the best options since the restaurant made the mistake. Probably not returning to this location.
I specifically requested my meat be cooked well done, but unfortunately this is not what I received. I find this to be completely unacceptable. This marks the third time that Chili's on 20 and Cooper has gotten my order wrong. I have decided that I will not be returning to this restaurant. It is clear that the chef does not care about preparing the food to your liking.
Very bad service, went in today and were seated promptly which I thought was going to be a good indication but boy was I wrong. We sat down and waited for 15 minutes and not a single server came to great us or take a drink order to get us started so we got up and left will definitely not be returning to this location ever again.

I had a great time at Chili's. The waitress was friendly and attentive, but what really made my experience was Lonnie, the shift manager. When my friend's food took a while to come out, he was accommodating and personally apologized. I really appreciated the professionalism and will definitely return.
