Chili's - Table reservation

I'm not sure if my waitress was overwhelmed or just had a bad night but the service was sub par. My wife and I ordered together I got the half rack of ribs and she ordered a chicken entree we also ordered chips and salsa for the appetizer. Our waitresshardly checked on our table and I knew something was wrong when my wife received her food and I didn't. I knew I said my orderclearly so I didn't worry about it and continued eating my chips. About 10 minutes passes and we flag over the waitress. When weasked her about the ribs she said we hadn't ordered any ribs. On this specific evening, I have to say that this was likely the best service my family and I have ever received at this restaurant. Our food was served quickly, the drinks were well-made, and the staff appeared to be working together seamlessly. The atmosphere was excellent. Thank you for the outstanding service.

This restaurant should be ashamed of themselves. I picked up a takeout order and when I got home, this is what it looked like. It was the saddest meal I've ever seen, and Chilis should be embarrassed to send out an order like this. Where is the rice? I will never order takeout from Chilis again.

The Crispers weren't Crispin. I ordered the triple dipper through Doordash. The Chicken Crispers were unacceptable. The dough was raw in the inside looked and felt slimy. I lost my appetite after seeing it ????

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant today. They served me a dirty spoon and the wait staff were unhelpful.
