To start, everyone must wear a mask before entering the restaurant. Once we were seated, we took our masks off, as my kids can't wear them for extended periods. We arrived around 6 PM the day after Christmas, and there was no wait time. All the staff were wearing masks, and I saw them cleaning and sanitizing tables after each group left. The monthly $5 margarita special was delicious, but I can't recall the specific flavor of this month's offering—my server mentioned it, but the masks made it difficult to hear clearly. We stopped in for lunch on our way back from a business trip in Jasper. The establishment was clean with the exception of the ladies room. The wife said it was disgusting, it looked as though none of the surfaces had been wiped down in days. Other than that no cleanliness issues. The condiments were individually proportioned and handed out as needed. The flatware was also individually packaged. Our server was polite, friendly and attentive. She made every effort to accommodate us on our visit. I requested some coffee and when she informed me there was none made. She had no issues making me a fresh pot! I ordered lunch from Chili's, but unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. The chicken looked pale and lacked any flavor, so I ended up not eating my to-go meal at all, aside from the side salad. Since last week, I've reached out to request a gift card or some form of compensation for my wasted meal, but I haven't received any response. It seems that the quality and taste of Chili's food have declined recently. I really hope they can make improvements soon.
Tonight, I had the worst experience with the woman at the bar. She mixed the controls and before that I literally have to wait 20 minutes to get my check. While I was sitting at the bar when there were only three of us. She must be fired. She said I didn't care. Get better workers. The young lady who is amazing on Tuesday.. the food is still amazing and the drinks are on point. But she has to go.

Chilis, what can I say? Your food is always on the point to me. I used this special visit to the order. The young lady who served me was very friendly and pleasant. I appreciate the fact that the restaurant workers who put their lives in danger only serve us during these terrible Corona times. Kudos to chilis. I have to go back to have my tropical margarita.
I had to wait an hour past the scheduled pickup time for my order. When I finally received my food, it was cold, soggy, and had leaked all over the bag. I understand that they were busy, but the presentation was so poor that it overshadowed any decent customer service.
I took my little one there for an early lunch. Surprisingly there was no wait. The food was fresh and delicious. My waitress was attentive and my order came out in great time. They did great with the social distancing as no one was seated remotely close to us.
Waitress was nice and attentive to my many requests. Always smiled, refilled drinks without having to ask. My specific request were made to order and came out right. Asked for honey mustard brought it out no problem. A1 service.

I picked up Curbside and the food came on time and hot. The young lady did a great job to block the orders. Every time a car is pulled up, she ran out to confirm the commands. Great experience in this place.
When I say as I sat down my waitress was in point drink was fresh food was serve hot fresh people when I say it was good it was good that's great customer service ????
