I’ve had Alex as a server almost every visit for well over a year and I feel like I’ve made a new bestie. She somehow always remembers my friend and i’s orders, sauces, how we like it cooked, dessert, and our drinks! as a past server, it’s always SUPER impressive to me : give that girl a raise or make her owner, she is the absolute best and a very hard worker
The restaurant was cold and dirty. We had to wait 15 minutes to be seated because all the staff were in the back chatting. Our appetizer was never served and we had to remind our waiter multiple times. It was a Sunday night and the restaurant was empty, so the state of the establishment and the poor service were unacceptable.
This is a fantastic restaurant to visit! Everything was perfect, except for the drink I usually order, which tasted a bit strange this time. Our server, Alex, was incredibly friendly and attentive. It's a wonderful spot if you're looking to sit down and enjoy some delicious food!

The experience was mediocre. The Texas fries appetizer was burnt and cold, but the burger was decent despite being cold. Although I hate to complain, the service was excellent. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant anytime soon.
The service was excellent, but the food was just okay—definitely not the best Chili's I've been to. We were a group of six, and the table assigned to us was far too small. We were really cramped and it made eating quite challenging.
We ordered ribeye, which did not taste good but the manager took care of this very quickly, and the food was great. The service was excellent, and so were the people and the atmosphere.
The older guy at the door is always so happy every time I go in their.. he's great. If Im having a bad day idk what it is but he always makes me 4 Book a table now
