Chili's Grill - Table reservation

This was not a good experience. The burger was dripping in oil and grease. Was not checked on and no servers were walking by my area, so after waiting about 10 minutes, gave up and took the burger apart to eat what I could and the fries. The fun started when the hostess greeted me in the front after no one being there for several minutes, walking me back to a table and then stopping by the kitchen first then turning to me looking surprised and asking why did I follow her. I repeated that she said hello and offered to walk me to a table. She said she forgot. What, in 30 seconds? Then told me to go back to the lobby to be seated. I ended up getting her as my server and she was really embarrass...

TERRIBLE SERVICE. My girlfriend and I got checked up on ONCE. We would have to waive down anyone that passed and even when we did, they would forget what we asked for. We've been here for 2.5 hours simply because no one can offer us ANYTHING or even come to our table and remmeber what we want. Never coming here again. If you want to wait and sit until you develop sciatica then feel free to come here... Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
