I took the woman to Mother's Day. In the first 15 minutes no one even realized that we were there. I finally asked if we could sit because my wife is 80 years old and tires are light. We were told that they were waiting for our waitress to start, and then we could wait. We sat for another 10 minutes and then the waitress began to wait for people who came in after sitting. She put some cutlery on our table while taking orders from other people. When we finally got our food, it was good as usual and the **** Mary was good. I tried to check on her kiosk and it didn't let me know without leaving a tip. It'll be a good time before we get back when we do.
Many years ago when Chili's first opened I got cold mashed potatoes. So after many years of not going I decided to try it again. Well this time it was cold rice and super sweet syrupy tea. And to top it off a kid threw up near our table. Sorry but I don't recommend going there.
Normally have good experience at Chili’s. Tonight started out fine. The waitress got our drinks out right away, then we waited and waited while our waitress never returned and we decided to leave.Guess we won’t be back to the bar seating area on a Wednesday going forward.
12-29-2023. Food was brought to table hot and tasted great. My drink, a margarita, did have a hair in it but the issue was fixed immediately and management did apologize. My only complaint was my menu and seat were dirty.

food was good but I also noticed that in the food prep area a lot of low vibrational deceptacons trying to manipulate to make themselves feel better about their inferiority complex after all narcissism is the equal to it
Unlike my last visit to Chili's this visit was awesome. Had a good waiter and the food came out hot and fresh this time and made to order. Now if we can just get them to be consistent on my visits ill be in good shape
Buffalo Wings Were Raw. It's gets on star for the manager being a great understanding person. She discounted our ticket.
Chili has quite good food. The staff is pretty good. Never had to wait, except once. I'm always happy.
