CLEAN UP THIS PLACE, IT'S FILTHY. Dirty seats, floor, woodwork, etc. You can't put your hands under the chairs to pull yourself up to the table, because they are all sticky messes. The place was filthier than last time. We sat at a booth and the grease on the seats was gross, but better than sitting on a chair. The bathroom had feces smeared on one seat and another toilet was clogged up. I hope the wait staff does not use the bathrooms, because now I'm afraid of food illness from the disgusting bathrooms. First time ever eating at Chili’s and I was genuinely surprised! The Oldtimer with cheese was a juicy and flavorful burger, even the fries had a nice amount of spices to them. Though I haven’t had one in a very long time, the skillet chocolate chip cookie was out of this world too! It really melted in your mouth and was a delicious special treat! The service was great overall with a very short wait time to eat, especially during prime dinner time.
Just spent close to 1hr waiting for apps and wings as I watched peopled seated after me get their main courses, when I asked to speak with the manager all she said was no way then walked out with the food, I’ve been coming to this location for over 22 years just paid to never come back…. Anyone planing on going steer clear of this chillis maybe try Nanuet.

They sat us in the noisy section right out in the mall to be watched eating by passersby while the entire restaurant was full of empty tables. My entree, which is a personal favorite, didn't taste like it normally does and was a bit smaller as well.And someone REALLY needs to clean their taps for beverages because their water tasted stale and dirty.
