DON'T ORDER TOGO unless you want to wait way past your time slot AND GO inside to get yourself! I used this location for the 1st and last time on Friday July 8 and had a pick up window between 715 720.I couldn't park in the spots they have assigned to togo orders because they are very narrow. They are so narrow, I saw a car back up so a guy could exit his and go inside.I called them to inform them I was in another spot and was asked to hold. 8 minutes later I went inside. Only to find out they hadn't even started on part of our order. Ugh.We order from Chili's regularly while traveling and this location has had the worst service.Yes, they could be shorted staffed and that is understandable....
Service was pretty absent. They were nice but we didn't get silverware or napkins and they didn't keep them around for me to get myself. And they would never come by to check on us or the food so I had to meander around looking for someone who worked there. The person I found was behind a bus station on their phone, kind of annoying to find when you struggle to get help from staff. My burger was great but my partner's triple dipper seemed like a microwave dinner which is abnormal from what I recall. And the strawberry lemonade tasted really off for some reason. I've been to more chili's than I'd like to admit so I'd argue I would know what the good and drinks are supposed to/can taste like.

Waitress was Amazing!! attentive to our table as if we were like a quest to her home really awesome). I ordered the 3 for me, a sirloin steak, mash potatoes and a corn .75% of the time my food is wrong) not yesterday, I enjoyed every bite and omg the steak so juicy with no red I like my steaks well we'll done). So delicious!! I didn't leave anything behind.Hats off to the whole staff!!!Thank you for a wonderful experience!!I can't wait to see you soon!! Great prices too

The food was hot and delicious, and the restaurant was well-decorated with comfortable seating. However, I wish there was more food for the price. The waitress mentioned that it felt like a waste of time for her to be there since it was slow. Overall, I would rate the food 5 out of 5 stars.

The with the hostess with curly hair told us that we couldn't sit at the bar. Then ask if I could sit at a table she said not and sat us in a little booth. Very rude.Thanks to the sweet wait staff for allowing us to move to the bar.
I always fine good food fantastic hostess and fast service very happy. No matter what Chili's we visit always the same result good
