I wasn't as impressed with my visit as I should have been. We were seated quickly and asked about our drinks shortly after. Our waitress was a little out there but she knew her stuff. She gave my husband alcohol suggestions and had a recommendation for food as well. Even though she was swamped with tables, she kept coming back to check on us ever so often. The problem was the wait. They were not extremely busy yet we waited a very long time to get our food. We had already finished our drinks and water by the time it arrived. We visited this place in spring valley and decided to get the triple dipper. My daughter wanted fried pickles and a strawberry lemonade. They were out of pickles and strawberry syrup. Ok fine. We order chicken and fries which was good by the way. So good that we came back the next night to try our luck with another triple dipper hoping for the pickles. They had them. The pickles were fine. The egg rolls were not cut in half. Strange but not a problem. My husband’s order was burned. The crispy chicken look like old crumbs. I would only suggest this place if you dine in. If you’re comfortable sending your order back if it’s made incorrectly. This was a total waste of money.
The food and service was good, but the atmosphere was a little sued and the energy and mood of the staff had broken off, which was a little discouraging and my time there mixed with fear that the food and service could be negative. But it was a good meal and our server did a good job. However, I think that part of a good culinary experience includes energetic and upbeat staff. You want to enjoy yourself and forget whatever you have while you dive out. Still, it was a nice dinner. I'm sure it's hard for everyone to work in the food industry.
Every time I come here, it's either really good or really bad, there's no between. That was one of the good visits, so I thought I would share it. The chicken wings were crispy and soak up well. The steak was cooked exactly as I asked and the presentation of this dish was on the point. The cheese cake was a pleasant big finale for this meal. The Steak-Fajitas were cooked for perfection and other than me flour tortillas when I asked for corn tortillas, I should say that this visit is just near perfect as you could get.

that was a great expansion. Actually, I had run a bad day with bad customer service in others. So I decided to come here. to the luck I have expelled the best customer service from a waiter called cass. she was polite, polite and cheerful with recommendations. she kept my drink full. eating was hot and very well seasoned. that enlightened my day. I have really enjoyed the superior customer expedition and is often recommended.
This has been the WORST order I ever received from chili’s. I wasn’t even able to eat anything in my triple dipper. Crispers we’re fried to leather strips , south west rolls were BURNT and one of them wasn’t even a rolled, and the sliders were hard as rocks and looked liked they were rolled in the mustard , ranch, and bacon. So disappointed because it went straight into the trash. Will probably NEVER come back.
Very accommodating. Clean and confortable, low noise. Good place to eat and think. Food was good. Manager seemed unconcerned about their Ziosk Table Service Device sending people to the wrong websites to download the Chili's app. No desire to look into it at all. Not his responsibility. I guess customer experience is not part of his role either.
Everything was dry the ribs the chicken strips the quesadillas the corn the toast well i guess that’s supposed to be dry and the drink was strong af i was cool with that tho. The was trash af today 5/16/22 I’ve had better before.
