Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable, but she brought sodas for me, my wife, and our three kids that were flat. Maybe she was new, I’m not sure. I had an amazing steak and relished every bite! However, the service was rather slow. It would have been helpful if they had let us know that only bar seating was available so that we could have chosen a table ourselves. Instead, we ended up waiting for 15 minutes, and I noticed our server saw us during that time. She also appeared to be a bit tipsy, which may have affected the service speed. I believe this is a management issue. On a positive note, the food was fantastic, and the restaurant was very clean!
This Chili's Grill location has noticeably declined since COVID. The food and service quality have dropped considerably. The chips frequently come cold, and the salsa is thin and watery. I suggest avoiding dining right at opening time, as they appear unorganized—I've been served cold soup and experienced lengthy waits. It's disappointing because this used to be a favorite spot. They really need to reassess their approach.

Worst experience ever!! The waitress forgot to take our order and finally realized after about 20 minutes later. Got our salads and kids food shortly after then another 20 minutes and the adult entrees still weren’t out and we needed to go so we asked for the food to be boxed which took another 15 minutes and then 10 minutes after that to get check… we will not be back at this location.
COVID affected this location immensely. What was once quality food and service is sub par at best. Chips are usually cold and salsa is watery. Don't go at opening, not prepared...cold soup, long wait.Sad, use to be a favorite. Just need to stop trying
during Friday lunch, they discovered that they have great specialties. eating was perfectly cooked served hot. my server was knowledgeable, helpful. the best I had in one. in any case recommend!
The service was excellent. The staff member who handled my takeout order was quick and efficient, getting me in and out without any delays.

After my daughter's experience at this Chili's on Kipling I will not be eating there ever again. The whole ordeal is unacceptable!
Portion size was huge. Had a good time here. Friendly staff. Meals were brought out pretty quickly.
