I visited your restaurant today around 2 p.m. on October 2, 2022, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The host at the entrance was rude and carried an attitude as if she owned the place. Despite our preference for a booth with plenty of empty seats, she insisted we sit in the bar area, even though there was a 10 to 15-minute wait. I noticed she treated other guests in a similar manner after us. When we requested to speak with the manager, her response was dismissive. Visited tonight and we were seated relatively quickly. We sat there for 20mins and no one came to take our drink or menu order. My husband noticed that a family that was seated long after us got their drinks and were placing their order. We ended up justleaving. There were no servers or hosts in sight to let anyone know. There's no point in coming here, it's a colossal waste oftime.
I visited Chili's Grill on a busy Friday night, and despite the crowd, the customer service was outstanding. The food was delicious, and the bartenders crafted drinks perfectly. I had been concerned that the service might be lacking, as I've seen other places struggle when busy, but I was genuinely impressed by how well they handled the pressure.
I’ve visited several Chili’s locations, and this one was by far the best. I usually order the same dish every time, and they prepared it perfectly here! The staff was wonderful and attentive. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. I will definitely be returning!

I had an excellent experience tonight with fantastic service and a quick kitchen. The Glendora location could really benefit from following the example of the La Verne location, which offers prompt seating, friendly servers, and a speedy kitchen!
The food was amazing! I enjoyed a medium-rare Sirloin, served with broccoli and corn, as part of the $25 deal for two. I shared the meal with my dad, and his dish looked equally delicious!
Excellent curbside service with a nice attentive runner . Burger was juicy and cooked to perfection as part of the 3 for $10. On a chilly night the tortilla soup was also satisfying.
The Chicken Crispers have definitely changed, and not for the better. The chicken was overcooked and dry. As for the fries on the plate, they're just... not impressive.
