My food came out different than what I had ordered so I sent it back with the food runner. Our server didn't realize I had sent my plate back because he hadn't checked to see if everything was ok with our meals. Once hebdid get to the table he asked theguy I was with if he needed a to-go box for his food. I piped up and said I would like my food in general. Needless to say afterwaiting another 45min after sending my food back when I received my plate it was not hot and appeared to have been sitting underthe heat lamp for quite sometime before it reached my table again. There were five of us, and we all ordered the same main course, though we chose different side dishes. We tried the rib-eye steak, and it was one of the best steaks we've ever had. All the sides were fresh and tasty. The staff was efficient and courteous. We waited around 15 minutes for a table, but that wasn’t an issue at all. We left feeling completely satisfied! I am editing my review from my last time... today I came again and had the loaded potato soup , of which I thought was rather delicious . Our waitress this time was so nice and served us all immediately fixing our order even though there was a mistake and I was overjoyed . Her name started with and M and she was a young adult . I would love to give her praise as she was so kind! Today was the best I have had from any chilis in the restaurant chain.
I was pleasantly surprised by how busy this place was, but even more impressed by the outstanding service! Our server was clearly handling a full workload, yet she managed to give equal attention to all her tables. She never appeared stressed or overwhelmed, and provided us with care that rivaled that of high-end restaurants.
