As a regular patron of Chili's restaurant I really didn't expect to receive this type of quality of service and lack of concern for the food I received. My server never really checked to see if we were ready to order and when that time did come , 20 minutes had passed already. And to end it with a frozen slice of.cheesecake that I clearly could not eat. Me and my colleague from the food network realized that this particular Chili's needs a makeover when it comes to service and quality.
As a regular customer at Chili's, I was disappointed by the quality of service and the lack of attention given to our food. My server didn’t check in on us to see if we were ready to order, and when we finally were, we had already waited 20 minutes. To top it off, I received a frozen slice of cheesecake that was inedible. My colleague from the Food Network and I both agreed that this particular Chili's could use a significant improvement in both service and food quality.
I visited for the complimentary Veterans Appreciation event and tried the Old Timer burger with cheese. The service truly outshined the food, thanks to the wonderful personality of Jessica! She was incredibly welcoming and attentive, even with the bar full of other veterans. She delivered excellent service despite the busy environment! Fantastic job, Jessica! Thank you for making it a great experience!
I has registered for a table of 3 and one high chair.Gave them my name. The young lady, told me, the wait was 35min.Okay we waited. I went to check how much longer I had to wait. The young lady said my name was not on the list and I had to wait 20 min more.But I had proof, I received a text, from Chili's, that I was waiting for a table.Very disappointed in them. I had a wonderful experience at Chilli's! The service was incredibly friendly and attentive. It was my first time at this restaurant, as my client selected it. We arrived at 1 PM and found the place to be clean, reasonably priced, and the food was absolutely delicious! Everything was perfect!
Yesterday (2-4p) it seemed to be short staff. the wet came to register, then left to help clear tabs, etc. then came back to sit us. the design of the restaurant was average. I had an salate and a huh cajun pasta it was good.
Oh my goodness, the food was incredibly delicious! Thank you so much. The excellent customer service also enhanced the dining experience. I will definitely be ordering from this restaurant more frequently.
