My first experience at Chili's was incredible! The seating was very comfortable, the service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. I tried the Southwestern soup, which was fantastic, and the Cajun shrimp pasta, which was really good, although it could have used a bit more Cajun seasoning. It wasn't a big issue, though. The burger was definitely the highlight—it was amazing! I ordered the bacon BBQ burger, but it was quite filling and heavy, so if you're planning to order more items, you might want to choose a different burger. The fries were also really good. Overall, it was definitely worth the visit!
The place is very calm, but the Atmosphere is missing since there wasn't any music playing or anything that would give it a good feeling for wanting to celebrate something. Besides that everything else was good with the food which tastes amazing and if you want a taste of some of the things they have in their menu, I would recommend the smokehouse combo.
We visited Chili's Grill with a group of longtime friends during Northwestern Homecoming, and our server Jackie was outstanding! They kept checking on us frequently, made sure all our orders were accurate, and the food arrived hot and tasty. One friend ordered the Halloween special and even received vampire fangs—such a fun touch!
Where do I even start? The food was simply incredible. The soup was so delicious, it felt like it touched my soul—truly divine. The service was the best I've had in a long time. A huge thank you to JJ, who attended to me and my 13 friends even better than my mom would! I can't wait to come back very soon.
