Update: Now that every place has lowered their quality and cranked their prices up, it seems Chili's has found a way to get back in the game! The food is pretty much the same as it's always been, but they've made their pricing competitive and stepped up the service at this location! It is cheaper to come here and order off the lunch menu than to eat at many fast-food restaurants now, and whoever the waitress is that works the lunch hour is on fire! Will definitely be back! We found ourselves getting into town late a decided to head to Chili's for a later dinner with the kids. We don't have a Chili's near us and I had fond memories of eating there in the past. We got there over an hour before closing and the restaurant was almost empty with staff cleaning up and shutting down sections. We sat in the bar area and the bartender was our server. She was friendly, but not very attentive, especially for how slow it was. It took a long time for our food to come out and when it did it was cold and mediocre at best. Definitely not the Chili's I remember from my past.
We had an excellent experience tonight! We were promptly greeted and seated. Our table was taken care of by Anthony. He was friendly, attentive, our order was taken and came out exactly as requested and I felt he went above and beyond to make sure our dinner was great. He thanked us for visiting which was appreciated. Food was delicious and my husband was particularly impressed with his steak. Fantastic job Williamsburg Chili’s team! We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town!
I could not tll you the last time (before this visit) I had gone to a Chili's, but this one was super convienient as we were staying in the Residence Inn right behind it and we were both exhausted from travel, so we opted for the easy choice. The location was great, the staff top-notch, and the cheeseburgers were excellent. Highly recommend. Book a table now
We got take out for my family of four. Everything was great nobody had any complaints. I can’t wait to return. Also the presentation was perfect all the meals were packaged very neatly and the food was hot and fresh. I had the triple dipper for a meal, my kids had pizza and burger meals, husband had ultimate smokehouse.
Great service and food. Ordered to go, and it took only 10 minutes. The food was freshly prepared, and the right temperature was the right. The to go order lady was very customer oriented. Even though the place was packed, we still received 5 star service.
