In the hotel, which was connected to the restaurant, it was about 9:30. We call for pick-up and they refused to serve us because they closed at 10 o'clock. We decided to get a table. The servers were all very rude that the kitchen is closed. (Stop, they're giving 10 o'clock closing time at the door. We are regular guests of the hotel and that would have been a 3rd visit to Chili and we met the GM in the past. I will file a complaint with Corporate HQ and talk to management tomorrow. After a very long day of travel and a family member funeral yesterday. I felt a bit pampered with a nice dinner and a few cocktails. I took a friend out to celebrate Veterans Day, and the restaurant was great at accommodating his dietary needs for a traditional Friday meal. He ordered the Black Bean burger, which I was initially unsure about, but he really enjoyed it. I opted for the Just Bacon Burger with fries and asked for extra tomatoes, and they provided them without any hassle. The food was exceptional, and despite the restaurant being lively, it never felt packed. The service was excellent; our waitress was a true professional. She knew the menu inside and out and was ready to provide dining recommendations whenever we asked. Even though she had plenty to manage, she was attentive at every table and always available when we needed anything. Drinks were refilled quickly, and used plates were removed swiftly. The quality of service here is what you would expect at a much pricier establishment. I highly recommend this restaurant and plan to visit again soon.
Chili's is currently not offering indoor dining, but customers can place their orders by calling ahead. Please note that some menu items may be unavailable. As of November 20, 2021, the atmosphere is very comfortable and friendly. While the food may not taste exactly like a home-cooked meal, it is still quite delicious. Patrons have the option to pay at a kiosk located on the table or let their server handle the payment—it's entirely up to them. Overall, it's a fun dining experience! Update: Indoor seating is now available again!

The televisions were quite loud during my visit. The restaurant was almost empty at 3 PM, which meant I didn't have to wait for a table or for my food. The menu was extensive, offering something for everyone, but it felt like a scattered mix with no clear theme. I did enjoy my brisket quesadilla; it was hearty and I had enough leftovers to take home. The beer selection was decent. Oh, and did I mention the televisions were really loud?
This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but after my recent visit, I can no longer say that. The restaurant was nearly empty, with just one other customer and his two children seated ahead of us. Despite this, we were told there would be a twenty-minute wait before we could be seated, which was surprising considering there were only about five tables occupied in the whole place.
The food was fantastic, and the margarita chicken was especially delicious! However, the salsa was quite watery and lacked flavor. Additionally, the floors were really sticky, causing our shoes to stick to them. The bathroom also needed a thorough cleaning.
Our waitress was great. They honored the situation that distanced themselves, and they were clean. The food was good and ribbed and my mouth. I had no rib that was made like that. Keep the good work back soon

I wouldn't suggest the loaded mashed potatoes. They were greasy, watery, and too creamy. However, the steak and shrimp were quite good.
The Mango Chile Chicken was delicious. Also love that asparagus is on the menu!
