I visited Chili's Grill today with my wife and was served by Melisa. I don't usually write reviews, but I have to say she is one of the best waitresses I've ever encountered, especially at Chili's. I'm originally from Danville and usually avoid the Pleasanton and San Leandro Chili's locations because their service is poor. Instead, I drive to the Fremont Chili's for better food quality and outstanding service. It's definitely worth the trip. Thanks again, Melisa! The menu here is great too. 13/9/23 6:30pm
My recent visit to this Chili's branch left me feeling disappointed. The food was bland and unseasoned. Although our meal was served promptly, it was merely warm, bordering on room temperature, rather than hot. Our server was friendly, but the trainee who brought out our side salad created a bit of chaos by spilling most of the croutons on the table and then hurried off without addressing the mess. Overall, it was an odd and unsatisfactory experience.
The shrimp tacos, asparagus, and street corn were all delicious. The corn was especially tasty, while the asparagus was flavorful but cold. The tacos were a bit bland, with the shrimp being cold and overcooked. I went during a busy period, so that may have affected my experience. I would still go back, especially for the street corn.
The chicken in the salad was inedible and oddly prepared, and it arrived without any dressing. The steak was gray and unappetizing, and the queso was lumpy. This isn’t my first disappointing experience here, but this time it was bad enough to warrant a review. I recommend spending your money elsewhere. Truly disappointed.

We have dined at this restaurant twice in the past year and a half, and both experiences have been disappointing. We had to wave down a server to take our order. While the food was decent, it seemed like there was less of it than during our previous visit. The staff seemed unenthusiastic and disengaged in their work.
The original chicken crispers were tender, juicy, and deliciously crispy. The waitress was friendly and attentive, providing quick service. The drinks were flavorful and had a nice kick. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
The Chicken Crisper Combo was fantastic. The chicken tenders were hot, juicy, and packed with flavor. The fries were delicious, and I can’t forget to mention the cheesy mac and cheese—it was amazing!
Food was ok. Drinks were good but expensive. My food got cold fast because they had the AC up way too high me and my kids was FREEZING

I really love Chili's and wish there were locations in Oregon.
