The front entrance windows were smudged with handprints and could use a thorough cleaning, as could the entrance area itself. I pointed out to the front desk that there were napkins on the floor in the lobby, and I also asked them to clean our table and seats. The staff at the front desk took care of it for us, but we would have been happy to handle it ourselves. We value a clean and sanitized environment. It might be a good idea for the person at the front counter to take on the responsibility of maintaining the entrance area. On a brighter note, our server who took our order was outstanding.
I love dropping by Chili's for a quick bite after a day out shopping with the girls! There’s usually something on the menu that tempts me. This time, I went for the pick-two combo, choosing the ribs and chipotle chicken tenders. Sadly, the street corn on the cob was dry and overcooked, and the coleslaw lacked flavor. The ribs with the house sauce were decent but nothing special. On the bright side, my margarita and the chicken tenders were fantastic! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was vibrant. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I would have given this place zero stars if it were an option. I visited with my family and noticed that they served six other tables that arrived after us. The staff was extremely rude and seemed uninterested in their jobs. Ultimately, we decided to leave and go somewhere else. The customer service was the worst I've ever encountered; their behavior was completely unacceptable. Even the manager was unhelpful, telling us we were welcome to leave if we were dissatisfied. So, we did. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
We dined at this restaurant for the first time to celebrate our 14th anniversary, and it was an incredible experience! A huge thank you to our servers, Drew and Isabel, and to the chef, Marcel. The service was exceptional, and the food was cooked to perfection. Overall, we give it a perfect score of 100/10, and we will certainly be back! Plus, we found it to be an excellent value; we spent less than $50, including tip, for a delightful meal that included appetizers and margaritas.

I haven’t even left Chili's Grill yet, and I already have to leave this review. The service was terrible, the food was dry, and there were two hairs in the dressing. We had to search for someone to get water after waiting 15 minutes. The table next to us wasn’t even acknowledged for the entire 45 minutes we were there. Absolutely horrible service. On top of that, when we tried to correct the wrong items from the menu, we were met with attitude.
My husband and I went out for a date night after work and chose to sit in the bar area. Right from the start, I noticed that my Jack and Coke came in a glass that was coated with Tajín, indicating it hadn't been cleaned properly. When our food arrived, it was surprisingly cold to the touch, which was really disappointing. I had ordered the ribeye surf and turf, while my husband chose the fajita trio.
I arrived at the restaurant at 7 pm they explained the would seat us in an 1hour as I waited 2 groups of a party of 6 were seated after hearing the hostes inform them it will be a 35 minute wait. I was not pleased with the service , after the wait the table was not ready and still had to wait. I will not return to this Chillis. Our waiter J was the amazing!
My bean burger was overcooked, but the manager promptly replaced it without any hesitation. This was the first time I had to send something back. As a regular patron, I've consistently had wonderful experiences here. However, I would love to see more vegan options added to the vegetarian menu.
