If you're looking for authentic boba, I wouldn't recommend this place. Additionally, if you're vegan, it might not be the best option for you either. They mentioned that most of their drinks are made with a lactose-free mix, but it still contains milk, so it's not truly vegan. Furthermore, the vegan options available lacked any caffeine.
there’s no cotton candy i’ve been here 3 times spread out between months and they never have cotton candy why don’t they just white it out?? literally been like a year and they still don’t have cotton candy. why keep it up on ur menu for so long not to mention the line is long so after waiting for so long you get your hopes up. AWFUL.

I visited this place a little while ago and I must say, the boba tea was excellent! They have a wide variety of options to choose from. I also enjoyed the adorable pop culture references scattered throughout the shop; they really made me laugh. Book a table now
This place was suppose to be open at 10am and at 10:22 nobody was there. I wanted to get boba for a friend's birthday and it said closed. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back and we went somewhere else.
I ordered regular tapioca, but the employee gave me flavored tapioca instead. Additionally, there was way too much water compared to the fruit when she was preparing it. Overall, I was quite disappointed.
I asked for milk tea with extra boba. They made it frozen so I asked then to remake it iced like I asked for and they ended up remaking with ice but now no extra boba. Like really ?
The customer service was terrible. The woman making the drinks was very rude and seemed very moody. This was my first and last visit, and I definitely won't be returning. Book a table now
Friday afternoon and only one girl working. Unbelievable wait times. Shame on the management for leaving her all by herself.
