I visited this restaurant last night and was very impressed. It is a relatively new establishment, only 6 months old, but deserves to be popular. The décor is lovely and the waitress who served us was very friendly and eager to please. The menu offers a wide variety of choices, so everyone should be able to find something they enjoy. Despite the name Chilli Chi, the food is not overly spicy. We started with roast duck pancakes for appetizers, which were excellent. For our main courses, we had a mild lamb Massaman curry and grilled barramundi with ginger and shallot sauce, both of which were delicious. For dessert, we enjoyed the black sticky rice with custard cream and banana. The BYO option...
Last night, we dined at this restaurant using a Groupon voucher. The decor was modern and stylish, and the service was friendly and pleasant. We enjoyed the satay chicken skewers and mushroom dumplings as our starters, both of which were very tasty. For my main course, I had the green chicken curry, which was absolutely delicious. My husband's chicken with sweet chilli and cashew nuts was also great, and our 10-year-old son enjoyed his mild chilli beef with black bean. All the dishes were not overly spicy, which suited our tastes perfectly. We were too full for dessert this time, but we will definitely try it on our next visit. We will certainly be returning to this restaurant!
Went to this restaurant on a coupon and could not fault the service and food. The waitress was very friendly and polite. The décor was modern and very tastefully done. We were half an hour early and it was no trouble for them at all. The food was excellent we had a shared entrée with 2 prawns, 2 spring rolls and 2 chicken sates. For mains we had the Choo Chee Barramundi, the wok tossed pork and the lamb curry. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Also if you like them on face book and check-in you will receive a free coconut jelly.
