They’re probably not interested in improving their customer service! We were loyal customers but rather disappointed with the service last night. I sometimes order from the app for a pickup 30 mins later. However last night, they told me to wait for ‘5 mins’ when i arrived, which I initially can understand as they were busy with other pickups. However I ended up waiting for an extra 40 mins (so finally got my food over an 1 hour after I ordered! with no apologies! It turns out they completely forgot my order and had to make it when I arrived should...
I ordered here twice in one week with uber eats as I had a wonderful experience last year; however these last two deliveries have been quite regretful. Initially, I ordered a burger (which I have ordered previously and had no complaints) and it came with missing ingredients. I decided to just let it go as I enjoyed the wings and I understand running a business during peak hours can get quite challenging. However a few days later; I decided to order wings and cheesy chips around 1.28pm through uber eats; my order must have just been sitting at the restaurant as it was nearly 2.30pm and I received no manual updates. I was getting quite frustrated and could see on the app the driver was waiting...
my brother is obsessed with chimek so thought i’d try and see what the hypes about i ordered the og chicken burger and the loaded popcorn chicken huge serving size and really yummy and fresh even travelling from 15 minutes away. i thought the mac and cheese on the popcorn chicken might be gross boxed mac and cheese but it was really good! chicken in the burger was really juicy and well seasoned i think the popcorn chicken was maybe slightly dry but still good!
It comes with ice cream when dine in and says on ubereat will come with whipped cream, however, it didn’t. Very dry and no flavour. The food took too long, very less seasoning on chicken and it was all cold Service: Delivery Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered the original fried chicken for my kids, they were unable to eat it due to a spicy powder sprinkled over it! The menu makes no mention of this, I had my kids with me and the person at the counter never mentioned it either..
