I cannot begin to express my disappointment with this restaurant. I decided to give it another chance after many years, but the food quality was still poor. The chili sauce, which I used to love, tasted like it was mixed with tapatio. We arrived right when they opened at 11AM, hoping for fresh and delicious food, but everything was cold. We couldn't even finish our first plate and decided to leave. I spoke to a staff member about the issue, but she seemed confused and still charged me full price. I have no intention of returning to this restaurant in the future.
I enjoyed eating here with my family. The staff were friendly in the way they interacted and assisted us. What made me upset that I gave these 3 stars was the aftermath of eating at this establishment. I awoke this morning feeling very nauseous and then had diarrhea all throughout the morning. I didn't eat anything else before or after that could have caused my symptoms. I am unsure what specifically made me sick, but it makes me hesitant about returning to eat there, unfortunately.
The background music was repetitive, playing just 2-3 songs which was a bit distracting. However, the food was excellent (especially considering the value for the price) and the servers and staff were very friendly and went above and beyond in their service. The restaurant never answers calls. It is more suitable for children as they offer softer foods. The service is better for dining in. The food was delicious, but the atmosphere left something to be desired. The tables were too close together and the flickering lights were distracting. The toilets were dirty and it was hard to get a refill on drinks.
