The people who work here are very rude and incompetent. I put a delivery order in my office. My whole order was wrong. They gave it to the service that allows you to order food online. I don't understand how I'm the only one whose job was so badly grounded. I ordered shrimp foo young and got pig instead. Shrimp and Pork do not even look similar! Fried rice was not fried and is yellow and sour tasting for a strange reason (can not cook the pig or had gone bad). They didn't give any lucky cookies! What a Chinese recovery. No F**Kn Fortune Cookie!?!!! You don't honor your own coupons. A driver left a stack of menus with vouchers, but if you try to use one of them, they tell you it has expired (...
I love China Cheif and John his wife Iris and Johns mom and dad. They know me by name and are very friendly. There food is great. But I'm upset because when the virus started John told me that he was having a hard time getting supplies. So he would be closing for two weeks and that was two months ago. I'm worried about John and his family hoping they all are well. Hopefully they will open soon so everyone can enjoy there food again.
The best chinese food ever. The staff is so friendly and the food is so delicious. My family and I have been coming here for years. We won't go anywhere else.
