A little over a year ago, the old owner finally sold this spot. She was nice, but she had the habit of putting the ground pork on a tray on a table in the dining area while her family made dumplings with it by hand. Her son didn’t fill water glasses until asked, then he’d touch the top of your glass. So glad the new owners are clean and courteous. I visited tonight and the place had six out of nine tables filled with young families. They had a brisk and steady stream of takeout orders coming through. I've been going to these places for years. Honestly, this is the best place to get brilliant Chinese food and the best chicken wings in Brno. Your best dish I always get is the chicken of General Tao. You can order it in mild, medium or spicy. Also their chicken wings should really be called Jumbo chicken wings because every time I have a sequence of them they are huge and perfectly crispy on the outside and very moist and juicy on the inside. I highly recommend this place to go out and/or dive.
Good Cantonese and Szechuan dishes. All we had was fresh and delicious. This is the only sitting Chinese restaurant we ever go to Broward County. They recently began to burn incense through the front door of Idol. My husband likes the scent, but I don't. But you don't smell it after a few minutes. We have several favorites from their menu. We like everything we had here.
I've been looking for an authentic Chinese food place in the last four years, China City doesn't disappoint! Fantastic flavors, fair prices and friendly staff. This is my new Chinese restaurant!
