Terrible experience. Server comes over gets drinks and food order and asks if we have allergies. We tell him about the allergies one person has after we ordered ALL our food. He comes over right before the apps come out and was like “oh this sauce has your allergy in it, do you still want it” and the app was already made and waiting to come to the table. Most of the items we ordered had the allergy and our guest couldn’t eat it. Then the noodles came out and one was so spicy you couldn’t taste anything. After a long wait to receive my order I was only the person waiting on take out) I was disappointed with my meal. Ordering the wok tossed vegetables, I thought this should be re-named to singular; vegetable, as this was only green beans. The serve was very small approximately 1.5 cups in size) which was surprising because I paid an extra $7 to add chicken to the serve. Without that I would have paid $15 for 1 cup of green beans. The other surprise was that the $7 for the half cup of chicken was mince chicken, not whole chicken meat which I’ve never experienced in a stir fry style dish before. All in all, a long wait for an over priced and disappointing meal.
The food here is some of the best I’ve had. Everything is made to order, and I could taste how fresh the food was.The food is filling yet lightweight. The atmosphere is welcoming. And more than anything the service here is phenomenal. My server Eric has the best recommendation and attention to detail. If you had dietary restrictions the restaurant is quite accommodating as well. I would also like to note that I arrived late to my reservation and they still allowed me to stay. I will definitely be coming back when I return to Vegas. Dietary restrictions: Upon arriving one should notify their service of dietary restrictions and they will accommodate.
My family had dinner here tonight and we had the most amazing experience. Everything from ambiance, food to service was stellar, but what we will remember even more than the most delicious food, is the outstanding service. Yuri and Eric G both made us feel welcome, special and I couldn’t recommend this restaurant more. We literally can’t wait for our next trip to Vegas just so we can come back! If you’re interested just in a food review, every single bite we had was amazing, but we will remember most the birria tacos and the fried pork bao buns!

Im someone who loves to visit Chef Andres restaurants wherever i go, and Chino Poblano did not disappoint! My waiter, Eric, was absolutely phenominal attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. He made my solo dinner here a memorable one!
4 stars for now, great food just really slow service. I mean it is Vegas and it’s busy but still slow and their computers were down so I felt bad for them. Next time I go if the service is better I’ll re rate to 5 stars. Thank you
One of the best restaurants on the strip with big portions and high quality ingredients. Also the best service I’ve received while visiting Las Vegas. Our server, Eric, was attentive, funny, and accommodating to our requests!
Great restaurant! It's not a fusion. It's Mexican and Chinese, which we thought was amazing!!! Order a couple of different tacos, order some noodles. Its great!

Is a tapas style restaurant, with a feel of a fast food, maybe the vivid decor. We love the food and drinks, prices like anything good in Vegas.
This is one of my favourite places to eat on the strip. They have good Margheritas.
