My wife and I ordered from China Garden, and it took the driver two hours to deliver our food. When it finally arrived, it was cold. I called the restaurant to ask if we could get a fresh order since the food was cold, but they told me I needed to bring it back. I explained that I don't drive and asked if they could send the driver back, but they said they couldn't do that. Then I inquired about getting a credit for the order, and they told me they don’t offer credits. I can't believe they don’t provide any compensation for such poor service. This is really disappointing.
This is an excellent takeout restaurant with delicious food. I ordered shrimp fried rice, vegetable lo mein, and shrimp egg foo young, all of which were well-prepared, not greasy, and nicely seasoned without being overly salty. However, there is no seating or dining area available. I found the plexiglass barrier between the cashier and the waiting area a bit off-putting, especially since the location doesn't appear to be in a high-crime area, which made it feel a bit unnecessary.
FOOD TASTES LIKE IT HAS BEEN RE-HEATED! WE ARE REALLY SICK OF THE BAD SERVICE, AND THE NASTY, STALE, OLD, RECYCLED FOOD, THAT THE SO-CALLED CHINESE RESTAURANTS ARE DISHING OUT TO THE PUBLIC! DO THEY THINK WE CAN 'T TELL THE DIFFERENCE?! GREEDY, FRAUD ARTISTS, IS WHAT THESE PLACES ARE, AND THEY DESERVE TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS! GO FEED YOUR GAGBAGE TO YOUR TO YOUR OWN FAMILY, NO OURS! SHAME ON YOU!!!
Terrible customer service! I ordered orange chicken and fried rice, but the chicken was so tough that I couldn't chew it. The rice was cold, and the egg roll was burnt! When I brought it back, the staff insisted everything was fine and even claimed it was just my teeth. They refused to give me a refund and ended up throwing my food away! I recommend staying away from this place!

Their customer service is horrible! I ordered a cheesesteak egg roll which had NO cheese and NO meat in it. When I called to inquire bc I assumed they send a regular eggroll by mistake. She insisted that its a cheesesteak egg roll but it’s “mostly onions and peppers” but it has LITERALLY no cheese or meat. Listen to the comments they finesse when it comes to the egg rolls!
The food is never what you order , the lady who takes the order its hard for her to understand coz she is juggling 4 5 balls at the same time, they need more employees so everyone could do their job, so we get what we pay for
I used to really enjoy this place when I was growing up, but with the rising prices and smaller portion sizes compared to other nearby options, it doesn’t feel worth it anymore. On the positive side, they do offer delivery.
The lunch special comes with a can of soda that they never mention, which was disappointing. The customer service was lacking as well; I didn't receive a greeting or even a thank you for coming.

The food was not good, to be honest. The chicken tasted strange and was tough, and the half-and-half drinks were unappealing.
Fast service. Good Chinese. Not a big fan of the yellow fried rice. Wish they had traditional fried rice. Portions are good.
