Food was tasty and we enjoyed our meal. I think the menu is toned down to match local tastes very moderate compared to Chinese in the more cosmopolitan areas of the UK. Assumptions of Western cutlery and of no gratuity on the card may support that idea, but both of these were changed on request. My Szechuan Beef, while tasty and colourful, lacked a bit of punch. For me, the Hot Sour soup was a little salty, but that is just personal taste. Chicken Chow Mein was very nice. Portions were all generous. If I sound negative, I apologise in summary, see the opening sentence above.
