I had a terrible experience with this food spot i had a delivery the first bite of the food was the most saltiest thing I have ever ate all of the rice in my food was supper salty I then presided to call the restaurant and tell them about the food theyagreed with re doing the order as we waiting my stomach began to ache my partner stomach was in even worse pain we called therestaurant back and told them that instead of the food we wanted our money back they said to tell the person since he wasalready outside we told him what happened he kept say NO NO NO and wanted us to bring are original food down so we did when Iwent back down he left. We called the restaurant again and asked for a refund instead of the replacement meal. They said we needed to inform the delivery person, who was already outside. When we explained the situation to him, he just kept saying "No, no, no," and insisted that we bring the original food back down. We complied, but by the time I returned downstairs, he had left.
We had to call the restaurant again and went back and forth explaining that the food had upset our stomachs and that we just wanted our money back. The employee was shouting "No" repeatedly and was completely uncooperative. Overall, this restaurant was very unprofessional, and I do not recommend it.
I was one of China houses best customers. I ordered food a few days ago 2 large chicken w broccoli ,beef lomein large, chicken wings , Nothing was edible noodles over cooked chicken w broccoli had a funny smell the chicken wings were dried up A 45.00order. I contacted them and the guy was rude hung up on me. I will never order from this place again. I’ll spend moremoney for better quality food.
Close to where I work to pick up lunch and I usually order something for dinner the next day at the same time so I take advantage of picking it up. Parking is weird, I usually pick up w a coworker so one of us runs in while the other waits in the car. Consistently good food and we have tried a wide variety. I feel safe with the protocols they have in place for Covid.

Just an utterly disgusting place, I found a bug in my food and the guy was rude tried to blame me said the bug came from my home, I was fuming I told him I want a refund because I was not feeding my family this food but he refused to refund me my moneyand told me I could call the police, I will never order from this dirty restaurant!
Food is always good. But 50% of the time the order is wrong. And this time i was overcharged a few bucks. I ordered chicken and broccoli.... no broccoli. I saw, the girl who took my order got it wrong and charged me more for doing so.
Ordered vegetables Egg Foo Young and they have a liquid sauce not nice thick gravy. Disappointed. But if you like liquid sauce you will like this.
This is my favorite Chinese take out place, the combo of delicious and good prices is hard to find in Westchester but china house is it.
