The owner and their son are very rude. They became upset when I requested extra duck sauce for my meal and refused to give me two more packets. The management seems to have a bad attitude and appears to be more focused on making money than on customer service. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant is questionable. I haven't returned since that visit, and I don’t plan to go back. I'm also concerned that they may harbor racist attitudes.
I frequently order delivery from this restaurant, and I've noticed that I always get the same driver. Unfortunately, he is quite rude. He seems reluctant to get out of his car to actually deliver the food. When I spoke to him on the phone, he had an attitude and asked, "Why don't you come here?" as if I should go to his car. It's just very discourteous.
I have to say, this will be my new go-to spot for Chinese food. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the presentation is impressive. I recently moved to East Orange and had been avoiding the countless fast food places and other restaurants in the area. China King has truly won me over. Thank you for the excellent service!
I ordered shrimp and broccoli and garlic sauce and something about the sauce for the shrimp was spoiled. I took the food back and the owner was yelling at me and talking to me so crazy. He even told me to get out . I left The food there and didn’t request money back . I’ll never go there again . I believe the owner is racist . Book a table now
I've eaten here quite a bit since I work nearby. I must say, their customer service is consistently excellent, and they keep the place well-maintained. The prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are very generous.
I am very picky when eating out. China King is the best authentic Chinese food in West Orange. Food is delicious, always fresh people who work here are friendly. I would never eat anywhere else
I love this place, been going here since high school. The food is good, the lady in there always remember me and take care of me every time I come in.
