SUPER RUDE! Will never order from them and ABSOLUTELY do not recommend them. We have a family member with allergy to certain nuts in our household and as I was explaining to the lady on the phone while I was trying to place my order, instead of listening to me she talked me over and told me in a very RUDE tone that she knows what nuts are and I should not tell her!!! She needs to learn to treat the customers better!
The food is amazing and fresh. I've been to so many Chinese fast food spots throughout NYC but the food here beats them all by far. The only issue is the woman's attitude. What she doesn't understand is that right there will be the demise of her establishment, especially if she does it to the wrong person. Treat your customers with kindness and respect at all times!
Their food is alright, but not enough to get them a good review due to how rude their staff is. Mainly the short-haired woman aways working the register. I never post negative reviews and I always try giving her the benefit of the doubt, but she is always beyond disrespectful. Be kind to your customers.
Horrible customer service, decided to give them a chance but they did not get my moneys worth. We canceled our order after the lady on the phone was rude. Go to golden Dragon in Dobbs Ferry, food there is always fresh and customer service is family friendly! Book a table now
My cousin from England has been eating from China Pavilion for 30+ years, every time he comes back to N.Y. he has to come here. They always remember him great food.
I've been going here for over a decade. Even when I haven't been in 6 months it's still the same people and great food.
Not much for atmosphere, but the portions are generous and they have, perhaps, the best pork fried rice in Westchester.
