I admit it's my own fault, but I had a craving for Chinese food and this place was conveniently nearby. The fried rice and chow mein were decent, comparable to other fast Chinese restaurants. The broccoli beef was enjoyable and even came with mushrooms, which was a nice touch. However, the bourbon chicken was disappointing. It tasted like it had been forgotten at the back of the freezer for months before being cooked, and I'm concerned about the couple of bites I took. The service was friendly, but I will definitely avoid this place if I'm in the area again.
This place is a scam! I'm planning to report them. Someone really needs to check what's going on in their kitchen. I ordered General Tso's chicken and jalapeño chicken, but after a few bites, I realized I couldn't taste any chicken at all. I went to the counter and asked for a knife, and when I cut several pieces in half, I discovered that there was no chicken in their food. Essentially, they're just selling a chicken substitute made of MSG and flour! When I brought this up to the staff, they didn't seem surprised at all and didn’t even offer an apology!
First of all, it took an incredibly long time for my food to arrive. Secondly, the food didn’t even taste fresh. Thirdly, my friend was treated terribly. She didn’t have enough money to pay, and the staff were yelling at her. When another friend and I tried to pay for her, they bluntly asked if we even wanted our food or not. I’m usually not confrontational, but I was honestly about to lose my temper. I definitely do not recommend this place unless you’re okay with rude service and waiting around 30 minutes for food that’s probably not very good.
The owner has structured the business in a way that seems determined to cut corners to the point of risking its success. There are no napkins, no sauces provided, and they even charge for soda refills. While monitoring expenses is essential for any business owner, at some point, it can come off as excessively stingy.

For it to be hardly any people in here and just when lunch has started, the bourbon chicken was dry. The fried rice is yellow rice. The noodles are unflavored. And yes? I told them the chicken was dry.

The older lady is incredibly kind and remembers my order every time. This is the only restaurant I choose to eat at in the mall.
The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. I will definitely be dining there again!
