I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. It was my first time ordering from here, and in my 24 years of trying different Chinese food, I have never encountered such tough and chewy ribs. They should have been cooked low and slow to make them tender and falling off the bone, but instead, they were difficult to eat. The dim sum tasted like frozen ones from the supermarket, and the szechuan chicken and beef were slimy with no flavor. It seemed like low-quality ingredients were used without much care in cooking. We didn't even finish our dishes, and I woke up in the middle of the night feeling extremely thirsty, likely due to the high amount of MSG and salt used in the cook...

Foods good, the woman behind the counter is always a bit sour faced, but tonight took the biscuit. Picked up an order I placed over the phone. Got home and meal was wrong so phoned to get it changed. Her attitude was shocking and she was argumentative, which naturally got my back up. Was insistent that it was my mistake and argued with me over the price of a fried rice. Don't know who she thought she was talking to but we certainly won't be back. Any business that can speak to a customer like that doesn't deserve the custom.

Won't be back, I asked for shredded duck and received chunks of what looked like fat and tasted exactly like fat. Worst was to come with what was meant to be salt n chili ribs was chickenless bones different sizes covered in what looked like builders plaster, and I ain't bucks down. Stay clear folks.
