Essen war wie immer lecker, daran gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Leider fing der unangenehme Teil schon beim Anrufen an – sehr kurz angebunden und wenig freundlich. Trotz Reservierung wurde uns bei der Ankunft einfach gesagt, wir sollen uns irgendwo hinsetzen, wo noch etwas frei ist. Wir mussten uns dann erstmal durch die Menschen drängeln, um überhaupt einen Platz zu finden – in meinen Augen ein absolutes Unding bei einer Reservierung. Die Bedienung wirkte zudem sehr aufgesetzt freundlich. Als wir kein Trinkgeld gegeben haben, hat man die Stimmung sofort gespürt: Sie ist kommentarlos gegangen, ohne Danke oder Verabschiedung. Schade, denn das Essen ist wirklich gut – am Service sollte aber drin...
A great restaurant. Everything is always quickly renovated and fresh and price/performance are full. Above all, I find the personal type of staff. Nico and our regular waiters are always very accommodating and attentive. After the changeover, the shop has become even more cozy and brighter. Go!

I am always and like to eat in Phoenix unfortunately leaves the quality really after, why I still can have 5 stars quite simply also in the Phoenix they can have a bad day

Top buffet, also sushi and an ice cream chest with several varieties of ice cream as well as a chocolate fountain, great mood, table was recommended. Very recommended.
