We made a reservation after hearing so much about the famous Bob Chinn's and I had no idea what to expect. For some reason it was more casual than what I thought (not in a bad way! once our table was ready, we got seated and my husband ordered the famous Mai Tai. He mentioned it was a little sweet for him, but overall a 10/10 Mai tai! Then the garlic rolls came which were delicious warm and a little crispy on the outside with a soft inside. Really bad value and pretty bad food. You can charge high prices if the food is good, but you're literally overpaying for bad food.I got the frutti di mare, and the first round of mussels had 2 spoiled ones. They smelled SO bad. I sent it back and got a new one, and it was better but still one of them didn't smell that fresh. The pasta was tasteless and there wasn't really a sauce. Really disappointing pasta fish. Our server, Luanne, was absolutely phenomenal! She was thorough and sweet and very knowledgeable of all the menu items!! The crab vermicelli and the stuffed mushrooms were unbelievable!!! The chef did an amazing job preparing my steak perfectly as well.Hands down the BEST place we've been to in a long time.
Our waitress/bartender Brianna was beyond polite and helpful. Made our dining experience much more pleasant. She gets 5 stars.
