My husband and I recently decided to try Chipotle for the first time, despite having heard about some recalls and a temporary closure of one of their locations due to illness. We received a gift card and decided to give it a shot, and all the praise I had heard about Chipotle turned out to be well-deserved. The portions are generous and just as tasty the next day. Although I typically only visit Chipotle two or three times every few months, I no longer feel apprehensive about dining there, even considering the recalls happening in other parts of the country and my trust in their corporate health and safety standards. Listen to me and take heed from other reviews: DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY here. I love Chipotle and appreciate the quality of their food, but this location is terrible. I've been there three times, trying to give them a fair chance. Perhaps it’s just my luck, or maybe it’s a recurring issue, but after the third visit—where they forgot my chips and salads and I found only two pieces of chicken in my burrito—I've had enough. They are very careless with the bowls; the bottom of mine was covered in sauce, making it hard to hold, and I had to wipe it down before I could even eat. I should have known after the first two visits that my experience was going to be bad.
We are new to eating at Chipotle after hearing about the recalls on certain items or sickness and subsequent temporary closer of a location. However, I received a gift card and my husband and I went. All the hype about people loving Chipotle was indeedtrue. The portions are very hearty and are just as delicious the next day. Although I might only go to Chipotle maybe 2-3 timesevery three months, I no longer have the fear of going there due to recalls in other areas of the country or trusting theircorporate health and safety department. I only gave 4 stars as I found some of the employees to be very lackadaisical whileothers were taking up the slack.

Used to go here everyday until recently. They are the worst. Just a bunch of kids, often won?t have things like chicken cooked, they?ll tell you they don?t have anymore if they don?t feel like cooking it. No corn. No salsa. It?s a 50/50 so if your on yourlunch break- don?t waste your time. On top of that the chips are stale and the portions most of them give us is just plain sad.They simply don?t appreciate nor care about your experience, or your business. The chipotle at lakeside right down the road ismuch, much better.
I stood in line for about 10 minutes. The customer in front of me ordered brown rice and they gave it to her off the other line. When I requested brown rice, they told me they were out and could not use the brown rice from the other line because it was foronline orders. I just want to say that is wrong. ALL customers should be able to get items until they are out whether it's anonline customer, a mobile order or a walk-in.
1st experience... Terrible, greasy, screwed up order. Here's my crunchy tacos with lettuce, cheese and beef I ordered online and received soft tacos with beef n cheese... mmmmm. Took one bite despite the wrong order and wow... Taste horrible. My girlfriends order was right but took one bite and couldn't eat anymore. Luckily someone gave me a gift card and it was free.
Hate to write this because this location has been great until my last few visits. For the second time in 2 weeks I got the wrong toppings and protein. This time a had a huge gross piece of rubbery chicken as a topping. I'd assume the food prep employee was maliciously giggling during prep.

Chipotle hit the spot tonight!! The servers went above and beyond to fill the bowls. I love the fajita veggies. I came home and weighed them and they were 2 lbs each. Thanks for taking the time to find me rice without cilantro too. Your location is the best around.
