I’ve had mixed experiences here. The service is usually quick, but my order often gets confused and the staff isn't always friendly. However, whenever the girl with the L.A. tattoo on the side of her neck is working, I receive great service. That's why I would give this place 5 stars—she's always kind and attentive, which makes a big difference. Chipotle could really benefit from having more employees like her and her manager.
I came on a Thursday during the lunch rush and the employees were both incredibly kind and fast. The cashier managed to charge me even before my burritos were wrapped up helping me get on my way sooner. Incredible and speedy service. Would give more stars if I could.
Associates are friendly, very polite and willing to go above and beyond. When we were living one of them/girl opened door for us because I push my mom around in her wheelchair and is hard to open doors when you have both hands pushing a wheelchair. Thanks!!!
The pricing lacks transparency. Certain protein choices are substantially more expensive, and when I asked about it, I was shown a small note on the glass that isn’t mentioned on the menu, which most customers likely overlook. I left feeling disappointed. Book a table now
The food was very fast for us and they give us more than I expected, lunch was great and big. So you can have a burrito with a normal appetite. If you want, you can add more beef if you need more than one Burrito
The taste is really good. The price is reasonable. I ate with my friends in the shop. Love it and recommended. Especially for veggie lover, you can choose the topping with many kinds of them.
Completely dependable! I have no doubts whatsoever. I come here for the chips and guacamole, and they are made to perfection—just right, not overly fancy. I enjoyed it exactly how I like it.
