I might be a bit biased since I could live on burritos—sometimes I practically do! The sofrito with vegan tofu is absolutely delicious. If you’re craving guacamole (and who isn't?), the veggie burrito is the perfect choice. Everything here is non-GMO, which is impressive for a fast-food chain. Be sure to download their app; I got a free burrito through it, and they also offer guacamole and chips on your birthday. It’s a convenient way to order and pay, especially during COVID. The chips are really tasty, and the salsas are just as delightful!
I had a disappointing experience with my pickup order Q19-3AT made through the Chipotle app. They messed up the meat, didn't include the guacamole (which I paid an extra $2.70 for), forgot the cheese, used the wrong beans, and added sour cream without my request. Given the price, I expected much better quality, and I only noticed the errors when I got home and opened my burrito bowl. I didn't feel like driving back to the restaurant for corrections. I'm giving one star for having my order ready on time and for the convenience of the app.
Constant problem at the Chipotle order pickup. The staff inside when I order in person, I don?t have much issues with. Numerous times I have ordered online and the order is either messed up or underserved. The bowl is sloppily thrown together and on this order I asked for extra rice and double Chicken. What I got was half a bowl of rice and 8 pieces of chicken. The portions are always underserved and extremely small. The level of care at order pickup needs to be addressed.
I went into chipotle not long ago. I had the time of my life. A young fella by the name of Matthew Williams stepped behind the counter and delivered the best table service I?ve ever had. He provided a bottle of chilled wine, and his finest taco. He talkedin a British accent though, which I found slightly inappropriate. I hope Matthew will be in there tonight when I go in so I canconverse with my dear friend once more.

They hurry through taking your order and carelessly toss the utensils back into the pans. Additionally, they didn't have half of the items that I ordered. If I'm spending $20 on a Burrito Bowl, I expect my food to be treated with more respect! I won’t be returning to this location!

To make matters worse, while I was eating, I felt something wet drip onto my head. I checked the ceiling for any signs of leaks, but there weren't any. Overall, the experience was quite unpleasant, to be honest.
