The food was ok but it was hard to get past the filthy environment. I honestly didn’t enjoy my food cause the workers are sloppy and messy. They need to be trained and I clean as they work. There was food Everywhere even in the register. I’ve never seen anything like that before. On top of that I got a veggie bowl and was up charged after my second topping and I almost paid $20 for my meal. That’s new for me and I ended up tossing my food in the trash because of the filthy environment. I wish I recorded the environment but I didn’t want the unwanted attention. Okay. I am not sure why this location is quite skimpy with their food. .therefore I will not go back. The bowl is half way full..hardly any rice..and when asking for slightly more he added a tiny bit with the spoon..and then took some away. Hardly any protein.. tofu..just..not worth the price of the bowl. I used to really like Chipotle. I'm over it now! Thanks location! I will say the young ladies there know how to fix the bowls..never a problem. The guys should stay away from that part or be trained the same as everyone else because ruining the Chipotle experience for some. Thank you Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
We placed an online order for pickup, and when we arrived, the food was ready, of good quality, and the order was accurate. However, both the burrito and burrito bowl had fewer ingredients compared to when we order in-store. I’m not sure if this is because the online staff are adhering to stricter quantity guidelines while the counter staff are more generous.
The burrito description mentions that it comes with toppings of your choice, but there was no option to add rice as indicated. I also ordered queso, expecting it to come with chips, which seems odd since I wouldn’t order a cheese dip without chips. Additionally, they don’t offer chips and salsa.

I really love Chipotle! After reading all the negative reviews, I feel fortunate that my order was exactly how I wanted it. The portion size was generous, and the food was fresh and delicious. It wasn't as spicy as I usually prefer, but that didn't bother me. Overall, it was very satisfying!
The flavor was great, but there was barely anything in the bowl. It was only half full, and they didn't even include the second meat option I requested. There was hardly even a drop of sour cream. This is the second time this has happened to me.
This was my first visit to Chipotle Mexican Grill, and overall, I had a pretty enjoyable experience. I ordered the burrito with the carnitas pork, and I was pleased with it. The service was good, and the restaurant was clean.
The burritos at Chipotle are consistently tasty and satisfying. They set the standard for what a burrito should be.

I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken and it was ALL toppings. Literally got a whole avocado for "guacamole".
Who ever did our food needs to keep doing it we loved it and it was packed yummmy
