I went here for dinner and ordered two bowls. I typically avoid mall locations of Chipotle and I don’t think I’ll return to this one. The food was unexpectedly watery—much more so than my usual experience at the Chipotle on Causeway. It was so watery that it leaked through the bag. My husband didn’t even finish his bowl. When I asked the server to slow down while she was preparing our order, she rolled her eyes at me, even after adding an ingredient I hadn’t requested. I was really disappointed with this location.
They basically stole two seniors by putting half of a bowl with food... went to complain they should be embarrassed of themselves filling their bowls in half... their answer they got what they asked for... not really... they had very few food.. ome paid $9.10 and the other $9.75 for few food... they did offer to FIX it.. BUT WHY they didn't do at the first time? SECOND CHIPOTLE being pitty on providing good service.. BOYCOTTING this chain FOR GOOD.. used to be my favorite... not anymore
On October 11, I picked up several online orders for my colleagues. One of my coworkers accidentally added sour cream to her salad and called to ask if it could be remade without it. When I asked the cashier, Josephine, if it was possible to have the mobile order remade, she informed me that it couldn't be done.
Every time I come to this Chipotle it is made very clear that they care about mobiles orders more than they do costumers who are in front of them. My wife and I went today and they didn’t even make our bowls together but made mine first. Then three mobile orders later, they decide to make hers.Absolutely crazy

They are scamming you into paying more for meat. They give you a literal side portion of meat! The only location that does this. So obviously a SIDE portion of meat is not enough! This needs to end, they 're scamming their customers. Loyal ones too.
No napkins, white rice under cooked and hard, employees cold and indifferent. This was just the last straw with this location. If the nearby chipotle by Target is an option then just go there.
Workers had such a horrible attitude and were super passive aggressive .. Don’t think I’ll be back at this Chipotle
Was not used to seeing a Chipotle inside of a mall. It looked weird. Overall Food was good and staff was friendly.

Burrito is about half the size of most places but tasted good.
