I would usually give 5 stars but on this particular day I wanted a bowel with Pollo asado and the liquid cheese. The girl that was helping me said no that's all we have and we have to save it for online orders. Are you kidding me!? So naturally I was irritated by the girls response and then asked to speak to the mod. A few minutes later she came out and I explained what the girl had said to me and the manager apologized and explained that they were having difficulties with there online system and they were having problems getting enough cheese due to shortage. I understood then and I said to the Mgr ok I understand and the girl that helped me should have explained it to me alittle better ins...
I came here for the first time a month ago and it was out of chicken. No biggie, tried the new pollo asada. Staff wasnt engaged with customers. Floor to the back was covered in trash and napkins plenty of staff was just standing around. Today I went back assuming it would be fine.....walked up to the door with a shortage sign for polla asada, get to the counter and another sign out of chicken, fajitas mild salsa. Again tried to just pick something different and when I opened my tacos and took a bite the pulled pork was cold, like refrigerated cold. So I just dumped my food at this point. No clue if it was even cooked properly and how long it had been in a fridge... just super annoyed, especi...
Chipotle is usually one of our favorite places to eat, however this one we probably won't go back to. The salads we both got were pretty skimpy compared to all the other chipotles we've been. The guacamole was light green to almost brown and tasted funny. Even though there was one person behind us and one in front of us the guy making the plates was super rushed and practically filling the plates with things before we could even say what we wanted. First time ever I sit down and realized I didn't even have cheese on top and that the guacamole looked gross. Just seemed rushed.
I ordered two steak bowls for pick up on Wednesday night through the app. Both bowls were lacking in rice and overall lacked attention to detail in preparation. I requested extra corn and rice on one bowl, but it did not seem like my request was fulfilled as both bowls appeared skimpy and identical. It seems like there may be some issues with the night crew as this has been a recurring problem. I hope they can improve the quality of their food and service.

Over $80.00 for a family of four... Ouch. Food was unmemorable. Tons of tortilla and had to pay a ton for extra meat. The meat was bland, there was actually really no spice to it. It was like the most expensive Taco Bell ever. What was I thinking? ???? On second thought, the chalupa's at Taco Bell are pretty delicious. I would rather have those????
Chipotle is always a top choice for me and never disappoints. During my visit tonight, there was a mix-up with my order of guacamole, but the employee named Roger quickly rectified the mistake by offering a refund or an extra serving of guacamole along with a complimentary large chip. The customer service was excellent and the food was delicious.

We had a great meal at this restaurant! We ordered the Carne Asada Steak salad, which was delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive, although there was a bit of sloppiness when they packed our food to go. Sour cream spilled everywhere and leaked out of the bag, which was not ideal for eating in the car.
