This is a fairly clean location. It a lot more comfortable at the food court in the mall. If you plan on eating there get the food to go and walk to the food court area. This store gets congested because there are to many tables and not enough space for the line of people coming to orders and the line of people leaving trying to get their drinks and the line at the register where people are waiting for online orders. I didn't feel this way when I first arrived because there wasn't any there but me then 15 minutes later it got busy which was around 3pm. There's a few employees there that are not good with dealing with people, maybe they were just tired, they were not interested in hiding how...
This was good only because the person serving me was new and she put a lot on my plate which is what should be happening because they are always skimpy with food. The African lady was on her because of that. The thing that got me was that they charged me for 2 vinegarette that I never got. 1 had some red salsa in it and another was guacamole which I never wanted
There was a manager training a new employee I was listening in as my order was being prepared. The manager was extremley helpful, informa8 supportive of the training employee though each step it was very pleasant to observe. My meal was fantastic, the service was fantastic from what I witnessed, management training is fantastic. Absolutely a wonderful time.
I ordered through the app and my order was stolen from the pick up station. They would not offer a refund on the app for my order I never received. $21 down the drain and an hour of my time wasted trying to get my food and a refund for it never being there for pick up.

Overall, you get what you expect—some aspects are good. Just be cautious during lunchtime, as they tend to run about 20 minutes behind schedule. But hey, it's Chipotle; you get what you pay for.
Food was really good but stores apparently need more than one rewards scanner as it was down while I was there. Can't cash in rewards if the store is not operational without a scanner.
I often dine at other restaurants where I pay more for smaller portions, but Green Acres is my favorite spot. The service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.
Some members of my family love Chipotle..not me however..the food is great...portions satisfying..customer service courteous...yes

Lines are long and sometimes the food is less seasoned. But overall, a good spot for something quick and tasty.
