This Chipotle is quite typical of the chain, situated in Brentwood. To access the restaurant, you'll need to go through the entrance from Hanley and navigate around the shared building and the QuikTrip before circling back to reach Chipotle—it's an odd setup. The food is standard for Chipotle, with the usual care taken regarding cheese in the guacamole and the tangy sour cream in the spicy red salsa. On a positive note, they do offer a solid vegan meal here.
the girl who usually works around 4-5 with the big gaudy nose ring is always so hating. Looks like you? She never makes the Burritos right, always tears them and thinks it is acceptable. I know it's dinner hurry, but her work area is unclean, and I just can't talk about the attitude of especially her. the rest of the staff are always friendly and helpful, but it is terrible. if you don't like to work anywhere you shouldn't work there. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this place. The lobby is closed, so you have to wait an extra 15-20 minutes for your pick-up, regardless of the weather. There’s no indication online that it’s only for pick-up, so you might as well head over to Panda Express instead.
Just a Chipotle. Workers focus on getting your order done. Very little interaction at all between customer and employees. They scoop a fair amount of food. Dining area and tables are clean but not spotless.
