Agree with much of what some others have posted. Unfriendly (rude) and unprofessional. They dont speak or glare at you even when you approach and say “hello” or “thanks”. Black Beans have been HARD on a few occasions and when i asked i was told they come that way. So i left and went to another chipotle and that was fine. They passed inspection and all celebrated however i find it less than immaculate when i have been there at times (behind the counter) i have ordered chips and salsa with a meal.
