Came here during lunch break. I felt so bad watching a new girl have to struggle to roll a burrito in front a long line of people while the other girl was throwing utensils and saying she needed to learn. I don't think it's a great idea to teach someone the hardest part of the job during 12 o clock hour when ppl are on company. I felt so bad for the pressure this girl must of felt in that moment while someone else working yelled she needs to learn. Food was great I just wish the situation was handled a little better.
The wait was very long but the food is very good. But cashier didn't have a clue what she was doing though. Gave her $20.08 because my bill was 10.08. At first she had two fives to give me then all of a sudden she's handing me a five, four singles and ninety-two cents of change ??? I also asked about the slices of lime that they used to have their years ago because I like to squeeze it on my food. She said oh I don't know I just started here. And then said could you check if I can get a slice of lime. NOPE.
Expect to pick up your order 20 minutes to a half hour after you place it. Can’t blame the workers, they’re doing the best they can, but like others said the location just doesn’t seem to be set up to keep up with mobile orders. I’d recommend that you either go in to order, or order online without expecting your food to be ready when it says it will be on the app. Otherwise you will be sorely disappointed sitting for 20 minutes with about 6 other people checking to see where their order is.
I’ve been coming to this location for a while now and they usually very good because they have a stock of at least everything. Today I came in to find there was no rice and the employee would not check in the back even though they were getting a very large delivery at the time. The manager had to interject when he said there was nothing in the back to let him know he had to look. Still a great meal and no better location.

An off duty or arriving employee showed me where the unsweet ice tea was. I haven’t been here in years and I think with new management this place is good. If you ask for extra chilies sauce they will allow this. The bowls are good as you can add what you like. The garlic guajillo steak was good. I like the artwork here near the shorter table in the front.
I visited this restaurant for the first time and had a wonderful experience. My order was ready as soon as I arrived, and the bowl was packed with all the ingredients. Everything was correct, and there was plenty of guacamole as well. I also received my salad dressing upon request, and there was no hassle at all.
We ordered using my app, the food was ready when we arrived. The rest room had no toilet paper, they told us that they ran out, and there was no more left in the store. The utensils were not stocked on our way out, I think this is just a very busy location. The food was good, no complaints.
This Chipotle was clean, and the food was fresh and tasty, even at 10 PM. The steak bowl was particularly enjoyable. The staff were friendly throughout our visit, and they continued to work efficiently as it approached closing time, ensuring everyone felt comfortable.

I absolutely love this location because their food is always fresh and prepared just the way I like it. It can get quite busy, but the staff is incredibly efficient and friendly, especially an employee named Megan. She was exceptionally accommodating and polite.
