I have ordered from this place three times and each time I received the wrong order. Trying to contact them to either get the correct order or a refund has been a nightmare. I have spent $150 on food that I did not order. I usually do not leave reviews, but this has been the third time and it seems like I will never get to correct this ongoing issue. I would advise others to think twice before ordering from this restaurant through an app or for delivery.
Bad attention. They treated me very badly, they served me the food very badly, there is no good service today I went and it was the worst I was discriminated against I spoke to the manager to tell them about what happened and they also treated me very badly every time they see that I am going to buy they start to laugh demi I will never go to that place again, bad service and the food is not the same
I have been twice both times around 11:20 am. I walk in no hello Good morning nothing. The second time the lady put a dab of everything I asked for so I had to tell her add a little more and she made a face , that's not good service at all. This is close to me but I will stop coming don't deserve that and I'm paying. Plus the cut vegetables green peppers and onions were to big!!!
My burrito arrived soaking wet and freezing, like someone had taken one out of the fridge and put in my bag. Otherwise I have no idea how it could have gotten so cold in the 5 minute ride to my house. Also, my chicken burrito was missing the chicken. Will likely not order delivery from this location again. Very disappointed with this location. Order a simple steak bowl and had no steak. I requested a little more and I said I would pay xtra and still got just a few more. There was only tall lady that gave me such bad attitude. And kept rolling her eyes at everything I said. Very disappointed.
The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. Not only is the food of poor quality, but the hygiene is lacking and the staff is unhelpful. I would give them zero stars if possible.
Standard chipotle but they always forget my chips in my mobile orders- always! Luckily Chipotle customer service makes up for it by giving free chips on my next order but still.
We ordered vegetarian bowls and received bowls with lots of meat in it. When we called to complain, Alex was very gracious and helpful and gave us new bowls free of charge. Book a table now
The restaurant is in a fantastic location and the staff is wonderful! Parking is usually available in the lot behind the restaurant.
